The house

Drawn by an architect, then left alone.

The main house is the work of Daniel Álvarez, of Grupo Arquitectura, and it is published in his own portfolio. You can read it in the steel beams left exposed overhead and in the way every room turns toward the garden instead of away from it.

The three bungalows came a decade later, low and quiet at the far end of the water. Between them the garden closed over: rubber trees, bougainvillea, bird of paradise, and the ridge of the Tepozteco standing over all of it.

The flower in our mark is the one that grows by the pool. It was drawn from life, not from a catalogue.

Where you sleep

One place, four ways to stay.

Every unit has its own entrance, its own kitchen and its own bathroom. The pool and the garden are shared, unless you take everything.

Yoga at seven under the trees, the long table at two, the pool all afternoon. Twelve people is the number the garden was built for.

Photoshoots and filming

Prada has shot here. The light moves through the canopy all day and the architecture holds up on camera.

Private events

Dinners under the canopy, birthdays that end in the water, small ceremonies. Catering comes to you.

Long stays

A month or a season, an hour from Mexico City, with fibre, a full kitchen and someone tending the garden.
